C36: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 394 TB/HĐQT dated 6th July 2021 of 236 Traffic Project Construction and Management Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 12th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1482/TB-VSD dated 23rd April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic, the Company is unable to hold 2021 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 12th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1482/TB-VSD dated 23rd April 2021 by VSD.
