PXL: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 162/CV-TCKT dated 30th June 2021 of IDICO - Petroleum Trading Construction Investment Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 31st May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 824/TB-CNVSD dated 12th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the outbreak and complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemic in Hochiminh city and neighboring provinces, the Board of Directors of the Company decided to postpone 2021 Annual General Meeting 29th June 2021 (planned).
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
