T12: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders

Pursuant to the document no. 147/TCHC-TT dated 11th June 2021 of Trang Thi Commercial Service Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 1st June 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1742/TB-VSD dated 12th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated and unpredictable developments of Covid-19 epidemic, implementation of the policy of the Government, the Prime Minister and Directive No. 12/CT-UBND dated 11th May 2021 of the Hanoi People's Committee on the implementation of urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in Hanoi; at the same time, tas well as to have more time for better preparation of annual general meeting, epidemic prevention to ensure safety of attendants.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
