T12: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 123/TCHC-TT dated 11th May 2021 of Trang Thi Commercial Service Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 5th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1358/TB-VSD dated 12th April 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated developments of Covid-19 epidemic in Hanoi, following the recommendations of the Ministry of Health on limiting mass gathering events as well as to have more time for better preparation of annual general meeting, epidemic prevention to ensure safety of attendants.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
