Pursuant to the document no. 67/CV-CIPC dated 17th May 2021 of Construction and Industrial Production Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 25th March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 603/TB-VSD dated 3rd March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the outbreak of the Covid epidemic and for the best organization of the General Meeting, Construction and Industrial Production Joint Stock Company proposed to cancel the list of CIP shareholders on the record date of 25th March 2021 finalized by VSD.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
