Pursuant to the document no. 34/TK-CTY dated 5th May 2021 of Bac Lieu Water Supply Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 1st April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 299/TB-CNVSD dated 4th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Following document No. 516/UBND-TH dated 9th February 2021 of the People's Committee of the province on transferring the right to represent state capital owner at Bac Lieu Water Supply Joint Stock Company, during this time, the company is focusing on preparing legal documents for the transfer of state capital from the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) to the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province, but the handover has not yet been completed. Therefore, 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Company will not be held in April 2021 as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
