DNM: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Attending 2021 Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 87/TB-DNM dated 20th April 2021 of Danameco Medical Joint Stock Corporation on cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 31st March 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 976/TB-VSD dated 15th March 2021 by VSD
Reason: Due to the incomplete preparation for 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and failure of the information technology facilities to meet requirements for organizing the General Meeting of Shareholders in the online form.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
