CVT: Changing the Date for Dividend Payment

Pursuant to the document no. 131/2021/TB-CMC dated 26th April 2021 of CMC Joint Stock Company (securities code: CVT) on changing the content of the notice on record date, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the change of payment date for 2020 cash dividend of CVT shares (record date: 20th April 2021) as follows:
- Information in the notice no. 1244/TB-VSD dated 1st April 2021 of VSD
+ Payment date: 6th May 2021
- Adjusted information:
+ Payment date: 31st May 2021
Reason: Because the Company has adjusted business plan, the plan on cash flow in the short term is also adjusted accordingly.
Other contents in the notice no. 1244/TB-VSD dated 1st April 2021 of VSD remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
