CX8: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 06 CV/CX8-HĐQT dated 19th April 2021 of Constrexim No 8 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: CX8) on change of payment time of 2019 cash dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of payment time of 2019 cash dividend of CX8 shares (the record date: 25th March 2021) as follows:
- Announced information in the notice no.566/TB-VSD dated 2nd March 2021 by VSD:
Payment time: 28th April 2021
- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 15th July 2021
Reason: Due to some unexpected issues, the proceeds from the works are not in line with the capital recovery plan, so the company needs more time to balance the capital so as not to affect the operation.
Other contents in the notice no.566/TB-VSD dated 2nd March 2021 by VSD remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
