TSD: Cancellation of Record Date Notice

Pursuant to the notice no. 69/DN-TSD dated 2nd April 2021 of TruongSon Tourism Joint Stock Company Coecco on cancelling the record date notice for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
TruongSon Tourism Joint Stock Company Coecco cancels the record date notice for 2021 annual general meeting, record date: 5th April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1034/TB-VSD dated 17th March 2021 by VSD.
Reason: the prepration for 2021 annual general meeting is not completed so the company cancels the record date. The company will set a new record date as regulated.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
