TSD: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for entitlements

Pursuant to the document no. 50/TB-TSD dated 31st March 2020 of TruongSon Tourism Joint Stock Company Coecco regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 11th February 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 260/TB-VSD dated 11th February 2020).
Reason for cancellation: due to the global outbreak and complicated situation of Covid-19 in Vietnam, following recommendations of the Ministry of Health on restricting mass gatherings
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
