HAW: Cancellation of Record Date

Pursuant to the notice no. 05/2021/HĐQT dated 26th March 2021 of Hau Giang Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Joint Stock Company (HAW) regarding cancellation of the record date for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Hau Giang Rural Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Joint Stock Company cancels the notice on record date for 2021 annual general meeting on 6th April 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 1117/TB-VSD dated 22nd March 2021 by VSD and cancels the plan to hold the annual general meeting as stated in the meeting invitation sent to shareholders.
Reason: Because the Company has to solve some internal issues, the preparation for the 2021 Annual General Meeting has not been properly made for a successful meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
