Pursuant to the document no. 03.1203/2021/CV-VRC dated 12th March 2021 of VRC REAL ESTATE AND INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY regarding the cancellation of the record date for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 30th March 2021 for 2021 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.430/TB-CNVSD dated 11th March 2021 by VSD's Branch
Reason: to comply with time period of information disclosure
