·     Election of additional members of the BOD of VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company;
·     Proposal for Change of registered business lines of the Company;
·     Proposal for continuing to search for partners according to Resolution of the Annual General Meeting No. 02.2504/2024/NQ.ĐHĐCĐTN-VRC dated April 25, 2024 and Resolution of the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting in 2024 No. 03.1906/2024/NQ.ĐHĐCĐBT-VRC dated June 19, 2024;
·    Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting  (if any).
