On 19th January 2021, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document no. 02/2021/KHL dated 11st January 2021 of Hung Long Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders for entitlements exercising for attending 2020 extraordianry general meeting. After considersation, VSD would like to announce as follows:
Cancellation of the shareholder list for 2020 extraordinary general meeting on the record date of 25th December 2021 in accordance with Notice no.3695/TB-VSD dated 15th December 2021 by VSD.
Reason: The Board of Directors of the company have met and approved the chaneg of the content of the annual general meting, specifically, postponing the addition of construction and real estate.
This notice of VSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited KHL shares at DMs.
