PEN: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Pursuant to the document no. 22/XL3-CBTT dated 29th April 2020 of Petrolimex Installation No.III Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25th March 2020 (as notified by VSD-Ho Chi Minh Branch in the Notice no. 163/TB-CNVSD dated 19th February 2020).
Reason for cancellation: Following Directive no.16/CT-TTg dated 31st March 2020 by the Prime Minister on taking urgent measures to prevent Covid-19 epidemic.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
