PEN: Cancellation of the Record date for Corporate Actions Processing

Pursuant to the notice no. 10/XL3-CBTT dated 26/02/2025 of Petrolimex Installation No.III Joint Stock Company for cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as following:
Cancel the record date: 25/03/2025 for 2025 annual general meeting with Notice no. 274/TB-CNVSDC dated 20/02/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Due to the actual situation at the Company, there is a change in the plan, the Company's Board of Directors has issued a Resolution on adjusting the time for the Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
