VES: Cancellation of Record Date

Pursuant to the document no. 02/2020/TB-VES dated 3rd April 2020 of Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of record date for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 8th April 2020 for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting (announced in the Notice no. 535/TB-CNVSD dated 23rd March 2020 by VSD’s Branch)
Reason: In response to the complicated situation of Covid-19 epidemics, as well as implementing directions of the Government and recommendations of the Ministry of Health on requesting organizations and agencies to restrict mass gatherings, the Board of Directors decided to postpone the date of 2020 Annual General Meeting.
