Pursuant to the document no. 06/CV-XLDKMT-HDQT dated 6th April 2020 of Mien Trung Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company (PXM) regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 26^th March 2020 in accordance with the Notice no. 372/TB-VSD dated 19^th February 2020 by VSD.
Reason for cancellation: Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Health to contribute to effectively restraining, controlling the spread and proactively preventing Covid-19 epidemics, protecting the health of shareholders.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
