DHB: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for entitlements

Pursuant to the document no. 520/TB-ĐHB dated 8th April 2020 of Ha Bac Nitrogenous Fertilizer & Chemicals Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 31st March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 790/TB-VSD dated 11th March 2020).
Reason: Due to complicated situation of Covid19 in Vietnam and implementation of Directive No. 15 / CT-TTg dated 31st March 2020 of the Prime Minister on social distancing, temporary suspending all meetings, mass gatherings
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
Cancelling the list of shareholders for attending 2020 Annual General Meeting on record date 31st March 2020 (as notified by VSD in the Notice no. 790/TB-VSD dated 11th March 2020).
