ICL: Fixing Shareholder List and Ceasing to Receive Dossiers for Transfer of Securities Ownership Title

At the request of Vinh long import- export Joint Stock Company in document No. 312/CV-XNK dated 17th December 2016 regarding the submission of dossier for trading registration for shares of Vinh long import- export Joint Stock Company (securities code: ICL) on Hanoi Stock Exchange, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce as follows:
- The date for fixing shareholder list to generate Shareholder Register of ICL shares for trading registration on Hanoi Stock Exchange: 10th January 2017
- From 9th January 2017, VSD Branch ceases to receive dossiers for transfer of ownership title of ICL shares in accordance with Decision 56/QD-UBCK dated 31 January 2013 by the State Securities Commission and the Service Provision Contract signed between VSD and the company
This notice of VSD Branch is for Depository Members' (DMs) information. DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited ICL shares at DMs.
