On 6 June 2014, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) received document of Standard Chartered Bank (Vietnam) Ltd notifying change of its CEO as follows:
Appointment of Mr. Nirukt Narain Sapru as Vice of President of Board of Members and CEO as a replacement for Mr. Louis David Taylor.
Simultaneously, SCB additionally registers Mr. Nirukt Narain Sapru registered as a Management Board member being in charge of depository operations.
