APEC:Authorization to sign depository documents

On 21 September 2011, Vietnam Securities Depository issued the letter no. 5219/VSD-LK accepting authorization to sign depository documents of APEC securities Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the CEO of the company authorized Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Van - Deputy Director of Depository Service to sign documents related to securities depository operations including depository, transfer, withdrawal, pledge, pledge release and adjustment of investors' information with VSD, the duration of authorization from now to 21 March 2012.
