Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce issuance of the 3rd revised Bond Registration Certificate No.918/2023/GCNTPRL-VSDC-3 dated 24/6/2026 due to change of the bond conditions and terms as follows:

- Interest Rate:
+ First-period bond interest rate: 14%/year;
+ Bond interest rates for subsequent interest periods are adjusted every 3 months and determined according to the following principle: “Base interest rate at the time of adjustment + 4%/year at minimum”;
+ Base interest rate is determined by PVComBank for each period.

+ First-period bond interest rate: 14%/year;
+ Bond interest rates for subsequent interest periods are adjusted every 3 months and determined according to the following principle: “Base interest rate at the time of adjustment + 4.5%/year at minimum”;
+ Base interest rate is determined by PVComBank for each period.)
