+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company's headquarters (on weekdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday) starting from June 16, 2026. ID cards and Share Ownership Certificate have to be presented. If a shareholder authorizes another person to receive dividends, the authorized person have to present: Share Ownership Certificate, the authorized person's Citizen Identity Card, and a power of attorney certified by a competent authority. Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
