Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 4:1 (shareholders are entitled to receive 1 new share for every 4 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares issued for dividend payment to existing shareholders will be rounded to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: on the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 666 shares. Accordingly, shareholder A will receive (666:4) x 1 = 166.5 shares. According to the principle of handling fractional shares, shareholder A will receive 166 share, the 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Ha Noi CPC1 Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented. 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Ha Noi CPC1 Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, organizations and individuals involved in the process of preparing the dossiers and documents for exercising their rights shall be legally responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the dossiers; Organizations and individuals involved in verifying the dossiers and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to those dossiers and documents as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024./.
