- Payment rate: 100 : 6  (Shareholders owning 100 shares will receive 6 new shares)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of shares to shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares (if any)  will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, Shareholder A currently owns 353 shares. Therefore, the number of shares A is entitled to receive is (353 x 6) / 100 = 21.18 shares. After rounding down to the nearest whole number, shareholder A will receive 21 shares; the fractional of 0.18 shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at 127 Ung Van Khiem Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
