a. Payment of 2025 cash dividend

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Head Office of DABACO Group, No. 35 Ly Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh Province, on weekdays (Monday to Friday) starting from 24/06/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
b. Payment of 2025 stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 100:12 (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 12 new shares)
- Principle of Rounding, handling of fractional shares (if any): Shares issued to pay dividend will be rounded down to whole number. Fractional shares (iff any) will be cancelled.
- Example: On the record date for Dividend Payment, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 22 shares. The number of stock dividends that Mr. Nguyen Van A is entitled to receive, calculated according to the ratio of shares issued for dividend payment, is 22 x 12% = 2.6 shares. After rounding, the number of shares Mr. Nguyen Van A is entitled to receive is 2 shares, and the fractional 0.6 shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive stock dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedure to receive stock dividends at Head Office of DABACO Group, No. 35 Ly Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh Province. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
