Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (VND 500 per share)
- Payment time: 15/06/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Taseco Land Investment Joint Stock Company - L Floor, NO2-T1 Building, Diplomatic Corps Area, Xuan Tao Street, Xuan Dinh ward, Hanoi on working days from 15/06/2026. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2025 stock Dividend
- Payment rate: 10:1 (Shareholder owning 10 share is entitled to receive 1 new share)
- Principle of Rounding, handling of fractional shares (if any): Shares issued to pay dividend will be rounded down to whole number. Fractional shares (iff any) will be cancelled.
Example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owning 235 shares is entitled to receive 235*10/100 = 23.5 shares, rounding down to 23 shares, the 0.5 fractional share will be cancelled. 
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Taseco Land Investment Joint Stock Company - L Floor, NO2-T1 Building, Diplomatic Corps Area, Xuan Tao Street, Xuan Dinh ward, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.
3. Bonus share due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 10:3 (Shareholder owning 10 share is entitled to receive 3 new shares)
- Principle of Rounding, handling of fractional shares (if any): Shares issued to raise share capital from owner's equity will be rounded down to whole number. Decimal fractional shares (iff any) will be cancelled.
Example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owning 175 shares is entitled to receive 175*30/100 = 52.5 shares, rounding down to 52 shares, the 0.5 fractional share will be cancelled. 
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Taseco Land Investment Joint Stock Company - L Floor, NO2-T1 Building, Diplomatic Corps Area, Xuan Tao Street, Xuan Dinh ward, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Taseco Land Investment Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
