+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedure to receive dividend at Accounting Department - Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from 10/07/2026, ID cards have to be presented.

b. Payment 2025 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 13% (shareholders are entitled to receive 13 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the unit, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed
- Example: On the record date, Shareholder A owns 150 shares. With a 13% stake, Shareholder A will receive an additional 150 x 13% = 19.5 new shares. According to the rounding principle and handling of fractional shares, the total number of new shares Shareholder A will receive is 19 shares; the fractional 0.5 shares will be canceled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will complete the procedure to receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the procedure to receive dividend at Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (No. 46-48 Nguyen Cong Binh Street, Trung An Ward, Dong Thap Province) and present your citizen identification card/ID card.
