+ Report on the evaluation by independent members of the Board of Directors in 2025;
+ Report on 2025 CEO's activities and 2026 plan;
+ Report on the Supervisory Board's activities in 2025 and the plan for 2026;
+ 2025 Audited financial statements ;
+ 2026 Production, business and investment plan;
+ 2025 Profit distribution and dividend payment plan and 2026 plan;
+ 2025 Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board and 2026 plan;
+ Selection of an Auditing company for 2026 Financial Statements;
+ Approval of transactions with related parties;
+ Proposal for the approval of amendments and additions to the Company's Charter;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
2. Second Advance Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 10%/share (1,000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 10/04/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance and Accouting Department of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from 10/04/2025. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
