10th Payment of Bond Interest (from 15/12/2025 inclusive to 15/06/2026 exclusive) 
- Interest rate: 6.53%/year
- Payment rate: 32,560,547.945 VND/bond
+ The bond interest is calculated according to the formula: 1,000,000,000 VND x 6.53%/year x 182 days/365 days, rounded to 3 dp
+ The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bondholder is rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, the amount is rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then the decimal part is removed);
- Payment date: 15/06/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Greenfeed Viet Nam Corporation (F2203, Centec building, 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Vo Thi Sau ward, district 3, Hochiminh city) from 15/06/2026.
Partial redemption of bonds before maturity
- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 300 bonds
- Execution rate: 3:7 (a bondholder holding 7 bonds has the right to sell back 3 bonds)
- Redemption price of each bond: VND 1,000,000,000/bond
+ Bond principal: VND 1,000,000,000/bond 
+  Actual amount receivable by bondholders is rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, the amount is rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then the fractional part is removed);
Redemption payment date: 15/06/2026
Rounding handling of fractional bonds principal: The number of bonds redeemed from bondholders is determined according to the bondholder's ownership ratio. For fractional bonds (if any) arising from the allocation of resale rights, the number is rounded down to the whole number. The bondholders may decide to allocate the resulting fractional bonds to the bondholders for repurchase.
Example: Bondholder A owns 11 bonds and is entitled to sell: 11 * 3/7 = 4.7 bonds.
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer as this is the case where the issuer finalizes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC, but investors do not sell bonds through VSDC. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+  The Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption GreenFeed Vietnam JSC (representative office address: F2203 Centec Building, 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) from 15/06/2026
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to email of VSDC). In case of non-acceptance due to data errors or discrepancies, DMs are requested to send the details of errors or discrepancies in writing for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 01/06/2026.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs DMs and direct account holding members will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
