Viet Nam Securities Depository and Cleairng Coporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Interest payment
- Interest rate: 6.53%/year
- Payment rate:
+ 33,097,260.274 VND/bond. The bond interest is calculated according to the formula: 1,000,000 VND x 6.53%/year x 185 days/365 days, rounded to 3 dp
+ The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bondholder is rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, the amount is rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then the decimal part is removed);
- Payment date: 17/06/2024.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Greenfeed Viet Nam Corporation (F2203, Centec building, 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Vo Thi Sau ward, district 3, Hochiminh city) from 17/06/2024.
2. 1st bond redemption before maturity

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 300 bonds, equal to face value of 300,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: 10:3 (bondholders who own 10 bonds are entitled to sell back 3 bonds)
- Redemption price of each bond: 1,033,097,260.274 VND/bond
+ Bond interest: 33,097,260.274 VND/bond. Bond interest is calculated according to formula: 1,000,000,000 VND * 6.53% * 185 /365 days, rounded to 3 dp
+ Redemption price of each bond will be rounded to the whole number ((if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, the amount is rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then the decimal part is removed);
- Payment date: 17/06/2024 (because the early redemption date of 15/06/2024 is not working day)

- Principle of rounding, handling fractional bonds: The number of bonds redeemed of bondholders is determined according to the bond ownership ratio of that bondholders. Fractional bonds (if any) arising when allocating selling-back rights are rounded down to the nearest interger. The fractional bonds will be decided by the Issuer to bondholders for redemption.

Example: bondholder A who own 11 bonds is entitled to sell 11*3/10=3.3. According to above principle, bondholder A is entitled to sell 3 bonds.
- All bonds registered to resell will be cancelled after the Issuer completes redemption.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond redemption at Greenfeed Viet Nam Corporation (F2203, Centec building, 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Vo Thi Sau ward, district 3, Hochiminh city) from 17/06/2024.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 13/06/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
