"Reference interest rate": used to determine the interest rate for each interest calculation period is the interest rate of regular personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong, postpaid, 12 month term, announced on the official website of Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank on the date of interest rate determination. In case there are preferential interest rates for one or several specific customer groups or for one or several specific deposit amounts, the reference interest rate is the highest interest rate announced. + The issuer shall announce on its website the results of interest rate determination to bondholders at least 01 working day before the first day of each interest period. Bondholders agree and commit that the results of the issuer's bond interest rate determination shall be applied to all bonds unless there is a clear arithmetical error. + If prevailing laws specifically stipulate the maximum bond interest rate and the bond interest rate agreed in this prospectus is higher than the maximum interest rate, the maximum bond interest rate permitted by prevailing laws shall be applied from the effective date of such provision. + The interest rate determination date for the first interest period is the date of starting to receive applications for bond purchase (07/10/2024). The interest rate determination date for subsequent interest periods is the 7th working day before the first day of each interest period. + According to the above principle, the interest rate for the first interest period from 28/10/2024 inclusive to 28/10/2025 exclusive for BAB202-07L bonds is 7.1%/year.

When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the organizations and individuals involved in the process of preparing the application for deregistration of bonds shall be legally responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the application; the organizations and individuals involved in verifying the application shall be legally responsible within the scope related to that application as prescribed by law.
From 18/5/2026, bond code BAB124024, ISIN VNBAB1240241 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for BAB124024 bonds. On the effective date of bond deregistration, VSDC sends the MT596 transaction message along with the data file notifying the accounting of the bonds to the relevant securities depository institutions. DMs are requested to withdraw the corresponding deposited bonds from the investors' accounts on the effective date of bond deregistration and notify the relevant investors./.
