2. When cancelling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. TNG Investment And Trading Joint Stock Company is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
3. TNG Investment And Trading Joint Stock Company, institutions and individuals participating in the process of preparing documents for bond deregistration shall be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the documents; institutions and individuals participating in the process of verifying documents shall be responsible before the prevailing laws.
4. From 15/5/2026, bond code TNG122017, ISIN VNTNG1220171issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for TNG122017 bonds. On the effective date of bond deregistration, VSDC will send a transaction message MT596 along with a data file notifying the accounting of the bond to the relevant DMs. DMs are requested to withdraw the respective quantity of deposited bonds from investors' accounts on the effective date of bond deregistration and inform related investors accordingly.
