+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository members (DMs) where they opened depository accounts.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Vinacomin – Materials Trading Joint Stock Company, address: Group 1, Zone 2, Ha Long ward, Quang Ninh Province (Finance and Accounting Department) on working days of the week from 16/6/2026. ID cards/ certificate of share ownership have to be presented. Shareholders of undeposited securities who wish to receive dividend by bank transfer are kindly requested to contact the Company Secretary, Phone: 0978 566 888 or send a written request before 10/6/2026. In case of receiving on behalf of another person, a valid power of attorney is required.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
