- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeing time: May 2025 Tentatively (The specific meeting time will be notified to Shareholders by Century Land Joint Stock Company in the Meeting Invitation)
- Meeting venue: In Hanoi (The specific meeting location will be notified in the Meeting Invitation)
- Meeting content:
+ Report by the Board of Directors on 2025 activities and 2026 operation plan
+ Report of the Board of Management on 2025 business situation and 2026 business plan
+ Report by the Audit Committee on 2025 and 2026 plan 
+ Approval of 2025 audited financial statements 
+ Approval of 2025 profit distribution plan and provisions regarding remuneration and allowances for members of the Board of Directors, the Audit Committee, and the salary of the Management Board;
+ Approval of the plan to update business lines according to Decision No. 36/2025/BQ-TTg dated September 29, 2025, and amendments to the Charter with corresponding contents.
+ Approval of the selection of an independent auditor in 2026;
+ Other issues under the authority of the General Meeting
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC
Century Land Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
