Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Right issue
- Right code: MIRCRE221
- ISIN code: VNMIRCRE2210 (Effective date of code allocation: 24th August 2022; effective date of code cancellation: 16th September 2022)
- Number of shares for offer: 201,599,449  shares
- Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
- Execution rate: 1:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for each right)
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares, unsubscribed shares (if any): 
+ Due to execution rate of 1:1, there is no fractional share.
+  For shares that shareholders do not subscribe or fail to make payment will be offered by the Board of Directors (BOD) to other parties (including other existing shareholders wanting to buy, excluding foreign individual and institutional investors) with offering conditions not more favourable than that offered to existing shareholders to ensure issuance of all offered shares.
+ If the BOD does not distribute all above shares, the remaining shares will be cancelled and the BOD decided to close the offer.
+ Those shares are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion
Example: on record date, shareholder A who owns 82 shares is entitled to buy 82 shares (82*1=82). Due to the rounding principle, the shareholder will be entitled to buy 82 new shares.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 24th August 2022 to 9th September 2022
+ Purchase right can be transferred once only, transferee is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 24th August 2022 to 13th September 2022
+ The subscribed shares are freely transferred. Those arising shares due to shareholders' refusal to subscribe or failure to make payment distributed by the BOD to other investors are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Century Land Joint Stock Company, level 1, B Sky City building, no.88 Lang Ha, Lang Ha ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi. ID cards have to be presented.

Schedule of processing right issue by Depository member is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 18th August 2022
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
