- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time and venue: to be announced in the invitation letter
- Tentative Meeting agenda: issues within the authority of the Annual General Meeting  according to regulations, which will be specifically announced in the invitation letter.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
