Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 100:15 (Shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: the number of share received will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional share (if any) will be removed.
- Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 201 shares are entitled to receive 30.15 shares at the execution rate of 100:15. According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 30 shares, the 0.15 fractional shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Company's head office, 106-112 Dong Van Cong, Cat Lai ward, Ho Chi Minh City. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
