ACB12401: Bond deregistration
Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce cancellation of bond registration of the registering institution as follows:
From 11/03/2026, bond code ACB12401, ISIN VN0ACB124014 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not implement registration, depository, clearing and settlement for ACB12401 bonds.
When canceling the bond registration, VSDC will stop recording information about bonds and bondholders at VSDC. Cancelling the bond registration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. The bond registering institution is responsible for managing information about the bonds and the bondholders after the bonds is cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with prevailing laws.
This notice of VSDC is for DMs' information and actions.
