Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Expected number of securities to be redeemed: 5,000 bonds, equivalent to face value of 5,000 billion VND
- Execution rate:100%
- Redemption price of each bond: 1,045,000,000 VND
+ Principal: 1,000,000,000 VND/bond
+ Interest from 04/06/2024 inclusive to 04/06/2025 exclusive is calculated according to formula (rounded to 3 dp):
1,000,000,000 VND *4.5%/year*365/365 days = 45,000,000 VND/bond
- The total receipt amount of bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5, the decimal part will be removed)
- Payment date: 04/06/2025
- Example: bondholder owning 10 bonds will receive 1,045,000,000 VND:
+ Principal: 1,000,000,000 VND/bond
+ Interest: 45,000,000 VND/bond
Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank will redeem all bonds before maturity on 04/06/2025. Bondholders are obligated to sell all bonds back to the Securities registering institution.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ Bondholders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption at Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank on 04/06/2025. Related legal documents have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 30/05/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
