+ Report on contracts with related parties under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders;
+ Report on the plan for distributing net profit after tax, paying dividends for 2025, and remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2025; Proposed plan for distributing net profit after tax, paying dividends, and remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2026;
