Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

1. Payment of 2025 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 2%/share (200 VND per share)
- Payment time: 12/08/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Development Investment Construction Number 2 Joint Stock Company (on weekdays) starting from August 12, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2025 stock dividend
- Payment rate: 100:3 (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 3 new shares)
- Principle of Rounding, handling of fractional shares: Shares issued to pay dividend will be rounded down to whole number. Fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
Example: Shareholder A owns 99 shares on the record date. With a ratio of 100:3, Shareholder A will receive 2.97 new shares. According to the principle above, the fractional 0.97 shares will be canceled. Thus, the shareholder will receive 2 new shares. Similarly, Shareholder B owns 66 shares on the record date. With an exercise ratio of 100:3, Shareholder B will receive 1.98 new shares. According to the principle above, the fractional 0.98 shares will be canceled. Thus, the shareholder will receive 1 new share.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at at Development Investment Construction Number 2 Joint Stock Company (on weekdays) starting from August 12, 2026. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Development Investment Construction Number 2 Joint Stock Company and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
