Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: in April 2026, tentatively (the official meeting date will be announced by the Company in the invitation letter to shareholders).
- Meeting venue: In Hanoi (the specific meeting location will be announced by the Company in the invitation sent to shareholders).
- Meeting agenda: Issues within the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders are governed by  prevailing laws and the Company's internal regulations (the specific meeting agenda will be announced by the Company in the invitation Letter and posted on the Company's website).

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.

Create Capital Vietnam Joint Stock Company Limited, organizations and individuals participating in the process of preparing documents for exercising their rights shall be responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the documents; Organizations and individuals participating in the process of verifying documents shall be responsible before the law within the scope related to those documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated November 26, 2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated November 29, 2024./.
