Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

- Payment rate:14% (Shareholder owning 100 shares is entitled to receive 14 new share)
- Rounding principle, Handling of Fractional Shares: The number of shares issued for dividend payment will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will  be removed.
Example: On the record date for stock dividend payment, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 155 shares, A will receive the number of newly issued shares as dividend: (155:100x14)=21.7 shares. According to the rounding principle and the plan for handling odd shares arising as above, the number of shares that shareholder A will receive after rounding down to the whole number is 21 shares, the 0.7 odd decimal shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will complete the dividend reception procedures at Create Capital Vietnam Joint Stock Company (address: BT3.1 Tay Mo Urban Functional Area, 272 Huu Hung Street, Tay Mo Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City) on working days from Monday to Friday. ID cards have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
