+ Report of the Supervisory Board assessing 2025 business and financial performance of the Board of Directors and the Company's Executive Board;
+ Report on the activities of the Supervisory Board for 2021-2026 term and the business plan for 2026-2031 term;
+ Approval of the authorization for the Board of Directors to select 2026 auditing firm;
+ Approval of 2025 profit distribution plan;
+ Approval of the payment of 2025 remuneration to the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board and 2026 payment plan;
+ Election of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board for 2026-2031 term;
+ Other issues within the authority

Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
