- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2025 production & business results and 2026 plan;
+ Report by the Board of Directors, the Management Board and the Supervisoy Board on 2025 activities;
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
