+ Planned quantity of issued shares: 7,500,000 shares
+ Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
+ Execution rate: 4:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for every 4 rights).
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares, unsubscribed shares: 
+ The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed
Example: On the record date, shareholder A who owns 125 shares is entitled to buy 125 : 4 = 31.25 shares which is rounded down to 31 shares. Accordingly, shareholder A is entitled to buy 31 shares.
+ Fractional shares and unsubscribed shares resulting from the fact that shareholders do not exercise or do not fully exercise their rights will be authorized by the general meeting to the Board of Directors to offer to other parties with conditions, rights and obligations of the investors not more favorable than those offered to existing shareholders (including an offering price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders).
+ In the event that the distribution period expires as stipulated by prevailing laws (including any extensions), if there are still unsold shares, these shares will be canceled and the Board of Directors will decide to terminate the offering. In this case, the General Meeting authorizes the Board of Directors to adjust the capital utilization plan and/or balance other sources to ensure that the purpose of using the capital raised from the offering is not affected.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 11/03/2026 to 03/04/2026.
+ Right can be transferred once only (the transferee is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party)
+ To ensure compliance with the regulation on the maximum foreign ownership ratio in the Company, which is 0%, shareholders are only allowed to transfer their rights to domestic investors.
+ The transferor and the transferee shall mutually agree on the transfer price, make payment, and be responsible for fulfilling all obligations as stipulated in the regulations related to the transfer.
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 11/03/2026 to 10/04/2026
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
