+ 2025 salary/remuneration for the BOD, SB and executives, 2026 plan
+ Proposal for 2025 profit distribution, 2026 plan
+ Selection of an audit company for 2026 financial statements.
+ Proposal for relocating the Company's head office address, adjustment of the information in the Business Registration Certificate, and amendment of the Articles of Association of Sonadezi Services Joint Stock Company;
+ Proposal for the approval of the following policies:
• Approval of the policy to increase the capacity of the waste recycling plant for compost production at Quang Trung Waste Treatment Area from 1,200 tons/day to 1,800 tons/day;
• Approval of the policy to carry out procedures for adding a waste-to-energy plant;
• Approval of the policy to carry out procedures to increase charter capital to implement the project.

Sonadezi Services Joint Stock Company  and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processin are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier; Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
